Ah yes, all good things must come to an end and in the evening of the 8th day I regretfully said goodbye to all the cool guys and girls who had been strangers only a week ago and now were my good friends. Despite such a difference in age, culture and language, I found it was no problem to socialise, sing songs together and laugh and tell jokes together. I'm definitely gonna miss everyone!

The pictures below are a collection of photos of our group while on pahod (trek) and during the train journey (centre picture). I learned many new Russian songs, and was presented with a trumpet and a gas-mask by Dima (see photo on right) which I can truly say are the weirdest and most original gifts I ever received.
